Clint has previously emailed everyone encouraging the use of “Google alerts”. When you sign up for Google alerts, you can enter your first and last name, and when Google has a new website that has that name, it will send you an email alerting you.
Today, I got an unexpected Google alert that I never would have known about if it wasn’t for getting that email. My husband’s grandma’s church had me in their prayers for my surgery.

Google Alerts is so useful. Like I told everyone in email — You will hear of people mentioning you. Mentions you otherwise would not hear about.
It’s probably the first and only time we will ever receive news about a grandparent via google alerts!
